1. Reservation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in.
Local ID not accepted
PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID proof.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if incorrect information is provided.

2. Check-in & Check-out Policy

Standard Check-in Time: 01:00 PM
Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guests must be 18 years or above to check in alone.

3. Payment Policy

100% advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
We accept Cash, UPI & Online Transfers.
All applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in (if applicable as per rate plan).
Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in may attract one night retention charges.
No refund for No-Show bookings.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests.
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
Illegal activities, gambling, or use of prohibited substances is strictly not allowed.
Loud music and parties inside rooms are not permitted.

6. Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed only in the lobby area.
Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 8:00 PM.
The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to visitors.

7. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms (unless designated smoking room).
A penalty will be charged for violation.
Consumption of alcohol must follow local laws.

8. Child Policy

Children below 5 years stay free without extra bedding.
Extra mattress charges apply for children above 5 years.

9. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

10. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings.
Guests are advised to use lockers (if available).
The hotel is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss during the stay.

11. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Management Rights

The hotel may request any guest to vacate the room in case of misconduct or violation of policies. item.
